Yeah today’s run sucked last night I told myself I was gonna run 60 min but then when we started I was like ow maybe I’ll go 45 but then a mile in I was dying and was practically dragging my leg so I only did 30. Super sad because it actually hurts really bad and I can’t walk much. I iced and stretched and rolled so hopefully it’ll feel better so I can play in my basketball game but I prolly won’t be able to:((
UPDATE: I felt waaaayyyy better later in the day so I actually played the whole basketball game and I felt good the rest of the day. There is defs still pain but it’s not nearly as bad as it was this morning
