Update: I haven’t ran since Monday because of my knee, and I could probably start tomorrow but I really need to make sure it’s 100% before I hurt it again so I’m going to just take the rest of the week off. Some people might see this as lucky or soemthing not having to run and having more time to do other things, but I HAAATTTEEE it. Not running sucks. And watching the 6 min test today made be sad because it feels like a race and I love racing. I’ll be good Monday for sure and I’m going to not get hurt again because I don’t want to haha.
