Fartleks 1-2-1-2-1 with 3 minutes recovery between.
I'm not sure how or why he thought of this, but Colton said we should run the last 10 miles of the Marathon course. So that's what we did. Met at Vernon Worthen then drove up 10 miles and ran back down the hill. Not too steep so it didn't jack up my back or knee or anything so that's good. Went and got some *healthy* Crepes after.
