5x60 + 1x85 second old man hills with jog back recovery and 1 minute extra recovery after 3rd rep
Nice hill workout with Colton and Jose tagged along with us. My knee started hurting yesterday afternoon and it was kinda aching under my knee cap today during the workout. Looked up some stretches and they all said that it was connected to another pain, but I'm not hurting anywhere else so I just did all of recommended stretches.
