Win 3200m at Utah State track

Long-Term Running Goals:

Maintain a 4.0 and score higher than a 32 on the ACT

Get a good Scholarship and run super good in college

Go to the Olympics 
Become a famous Ath-e-lete.
Above goals may seem farfetched, but I believe that anything is possible, and I am going to work my b*tt off to accomplish them.


My name is Carson Horspool and I like to party. I'm a Senior at Pine View High School in St. George Utah. Captain of the Cross Country team. I’m 18 and a good kid and have a great life because I make good choices.. most of the time. Love competing and Track and Cross country are perfect examples of competition.

Long run with 3 sets of 1x1x2 pickups. Had to go to the bathroom so I got left and had no idea where everyone went. Luckily some kids were still hanging out at the high school (for reasons unknown) and they directed me to my friends. Ended up catching up to them like 2.5 miles in, and discovered that I started 5 minutes after them. Average pace of 6:46 which is hecka fast for a long run, but it wasn't that hard so that's good.

Dope run out at Temple Quarry. Sad that there wasn't rain or thunder and the lightning didn't ALMOST KILL us this time. Just kidding I'm grateful to be here, and so are you, because let's face it: you wouldn't know what to do without me. :]]

Workout-- not really sure what to call it. Super cheese workout, but it was supposed to be. Just got our legs moving. Worked on our form mostly and I feel like it helped a lot.

Chill Hilly run up to Green Springs. Lost "What Are the Odds" and I had to carry a piece of a cinderblock the whole run. Probably gained quite a bit of muscle from it, so I wasn't upset that I lost.

Woke up this morning and Dallen was sick so he couldn't go to the St George 5k, so I went in his place. Ran a sick race against Colin from Skyridge. Took turns leading throughout, and I passed him at the end with a major kick. Got a bunch of dope stuff for winning. Thanks Dallen <3
