80 min long run with long progression

Nice run with the Varsity boys. Missed Julien. Ran a cool loop out towards Bloomington Hills and back into Washington Fields. Dropped to like 6:45 the last 3 or 4 miles. Finished with 2 F pace 200s. Practiced kicking my feet back because I watched some Olympic races yesterday and they kick really hard and I noticed I don't that much. Overall a good run and felt fine.

Side note: In the locker room, I had just finished getting ready and it was just Parker, Evan, and I. I reached down to grab my backpack but it was under my opened locker, and so I slammed the locker shut because my bag was stuck hooked on it and the locker hit me in the head and I fell on the ground and passed out. Was pretty loopy and out of it for like an hour, but I recovered after doing some hardcore math.

Nice run on the Softball field. Tried some blind running (closing your eyes and running) and had Logan direct me. Pretty scary but I trusted him a lot. Gave up after about a lap and saw like 40 shadows and I just freaked out. Mikey and Nathan were doing it later and their leaders (JD and Dylan) led them into each other and they colided heads hard. That's 3 head injuries in one day so that sucks.

Nice run. Freshman race between Boston and Scottie. There were a few erroros on both sides that we had to settle, and in the end neither of them won.

Nice run out in Snow Canyon while we waited for the race. Played some basketball with Allie Parr after at a nearby church and it was super fun. Boston did super good so good job Boston.
