Above goals may seem farfetched, but I believe that anything is possible, and I am going to work my b*tt off to accomplish them.

My name is Carson Horspool and I like to party. I'm a Senior at Pine View High School in St. George Utah. Captain of the Cross Country team. I’m 18 and a good kid and have a great life because I make good choices.. most of the time. Love competing and Track and Cross country are perfect examples of competition.

Oucccchhhhhh. Decided I would man up because my knee didn’t hurt all day but then I went out 35 and felt fine but the whole way back sucked Major and now I’m gonna die. I’m going to take tomorrow off and rest a ton because it just hurts to even run. I might even take Wednesday off. I wanna see we’ll see how I feel but I think it’ll just be best to avoid all possible chances of a serious injury.

Update: I haven’t ran since Monday because of my knee, and I could probably start tomorrow but I really need to make sure it’s 100% before I hurt it again so I’m going to just take the rest of the week off. Some people might see this as lucky or soemthing not having to run and having more time to do other things, but I HAAATTTEEE it. Not running sucks. And watching the 6 min test today made be sad because it feels like a race and I love racing. I’ll be good Monday for sure and I’m going to not get hurt again because I don’t want to haha.
