Above goals may seem farfetched, but I believe that anything is possible, and I am going to work my b*tt off to accomplish them.

My name is Carson Horspool and I like to party. I'm a Senior at Pine View High School in St. George Utah. Captain of the Cross Country team. I’m 18 and a good kid and have a great life because I make good choices.. most of the time. Love competing and Track and Cross country are perfect examples of competition.

Got to run Suicidal Tendencies since there was no school. Didn’t push too hard and hip felt fine but kind of spread to my butt area. Also hbd to Robs yesterday glad we could celebrate with donuts and choc milk, even if you weren’t there..

We did some fast workout thing before we ran with just two little reps of 20 seconds going super fast. Coach wants to start doing these often and I support Bc we could use the speed. Nice easy run today legs felt good

Same workout as last week. We got into the paces a lot better than last week. Focused on fomcaclot and each rep we did something different. My personal favorite was neck stability.

We stopped at like 15 lights on this run but I think it’s fine. Was gonna play church ball today but my game was at 4 so I couldn’t make it. Really long short run and my shin is kinda hurting but I stretched it real nice when I got home. Also I’m being lazy but one day I’ll go back and add the mileage to all of these runs lol

Rainy run w logan and Jose. Went 60 Bc I was really tired and I definitely haven’t been drinking enough water. Super dehydrated today. Won my basketball game so that was cool.
