25 morning + 65 afternoon workout
3x1000 at CV pace with 5 minute recovery between, followed by 4x400 at 1600 pace and 4x200 at 800 pace with 2 minute recovery between.
HARD WORKOUT ATH. Finally haha. Managed to hit all of my times. Got 1:09-08-07-06 on the 400s, and 31-30-29-29 on the 200s so thats super good. Felt good to finally go hard and it was hard to get myself to go on a cooldown.
