Good long run up Turkey Farm Hill. Quick on the way back. My hip didn’t hurt until like the last 10 minutes either so that’s good. Wasn’t a difficult run at all so I was very blessed. Wanted a PB and banana sandwich with some chocolate milk when I got home, but we were out of bread AND milk. So I just put peanut butter on a banana and it was actually pretty good.
