Well all great things have to end one day, I guess. Ran well the first 2 miles and was in posisition. Does our and tried to stay connected to Alex and Julien. Julien ran really well and took off, Alex and I died out. Finished 14th. Would’ve won if I took 7th, which is worse than I was planning anyways. Win some you lose some. We did really well and tried pretty hard. Regardless of how we ended up, we all pushed pretty hard. PVXC Forever.

Now on to Nike.

Good race. That's really close, I wouldn't say you died in the last mile, 9 seconds off where you want to be isn't dying. I'd also say that being a little more conservative in the first mile, say 5 seconds, will get you the 10 seconds you want in the last mile.
