Personal:

My name is Carson Horspool and I like to party. I'm a Senior at Pine View High School in St. George Utah. Captain of the Cross Country team. I’m 18 and a good kid and have a great life because I make good choices.. most of the time. Love competing and Track and Cross country are perfect examples of competition.

Also ran the 800 and only ran a 2:09. Started out 61 and my legs were dead and I sucked it up lol

The 3200 was epic. I started out a little bit further back than I shoul've, but I still got a solid 1 second PR. Xander told me to just go run my race and not worry about him qualifying, because if we try to run the exact pace it will be risky. He finished with a solid 9:45, PRing by 14 seconds from just last week! What a baller. I felt pretty good and my form looked way better than ever, so that's a plus. Next up is Orem and my plan is to stay connected to the front pack as much as possible.
